Roetzel & Andress Welcomes Arienne C. Valencia as Associate in Naples Office

Roetzel & Andress is pleased to announce that Arienne C. Valencia has joined the firm as an associate in the Corporate, Tax & Transactional Practice Group in its Naples office.

Valencia focuses her practice on estate planning, probate and trust administration, and elder law. She works with individuals and families to create customized estate plans that address a wide range of needs, including public benefits eligibility, asset protection, and wealth preservation.  Her experience includes guiding clients through the legal and procedural steps of probate, trust administration and guardianship matters. 

Valencia earned her LL.M. in Elder Law and J.D. from Stetson University College of Law. She holds a B.S. from the University of Florida and is in the process of earning her LL.M. in Taxation at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. 

She is a Fellow in the 2024-2026 Class of the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and is also a member of the Florida Bar’s Elder Law Section and the Collier County Bar Association’s Trusts and Estates Section.
