Roetzel Attorneys Named Among Top Lawyers in Ohio by Ohio Super Lawyers Magazine
The law firm of Roetzel & Andress is pleased to announce that four of its attorneys have received special recognition as “Top” lawyers in Ohio by Ohio Super Lawyers magazine.
Anna Moore Carulas was named among the Top 50 Ohio women lawyers (2005-2014, 2016-2018) and the Top 25 Cleveland women lawyers (2007-2014, 2016-2018). Ms. Carulas focuses her practice on the defense of doctors and hospitals in medical negligence lawsuits. She serves as the firm’s Practice Group Manager for Medical Defense and Health Care Litigation.
Erika L. Haupt was selected as one of the Top 50 Ohio women lawyers (2011, 2012, and 2016); Top 50 Columbus lawyers (2016) and Top 25 Columbus women lawyers (2010-2018). Her practice focuses on wealth transfer and estate planning matters, including business succession planning and all aspects of tax and business planning for owners of closely held businesses. Ms. Haupt also counsels clients on general corporate and tax matters; estate and trust administration; fiduciary litigation; issues relating to tax-exempt organizations; and the drafting and negotiation of premarital agreements.
Ronald S. Kopp was named to the Top 100 Ohio lawyers (2007-2016, 2018) and the Top 50 Cleveland area lawyers (2007-2009, 2012-2016, 2018) lists. Mr. Kopp practices in the areas of business and commercial litigation, representing numerous large and middle-market clients. He has represented clients in shareholder and partnership disputes, legal malpractice, fraud, breach of contract, and patent and trademark litigation. He is the immediate past president of the Ohio State Bar Association.
Thomas L. Rosenberg was selected as a Top 50 Columbus lawyer for 2018. Mr. Rosenberg focuses his practice on construction law and heads up the firm’s construction law practice. He is a Fellow in the American College of Construction Lawyers and is the Chair-Elect of the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law. He has also been honored by Chambers USA as a leading construction lawyer in Ohio since 2003.
