Roetzel is pleased to announce that it has moved its Chicago office to a new location. The firm’s new offices are situated on the 30th floor of 70 West Madison, a 57-story office building located in the financial center and downtown commercial district of Chicago’s Loop. The building is connected to the city’s underground pedestrian tunnel, providing convenient covered access to several subway lines, area retail, restaurants, City Hall, the County Building and the Richard J. Daley Center.
The new five-year lease, totaling 23,909 sq. ft., provides Roetzel with more square footage and physical office space than its previous location on North LaSalle. The office also includes a dedicated litigation suite with state-of-the-art technology for virtual hearings, depositions, and trial work.
“We are excited about the move to 70 West Madison,” said Bob Blackham, the firm’s Managing Partner. “The amenity-rich facility, premier downtown location, and collaborative workplace design will allow Roetzel to provide enhanced service, convenience, and presence to our clients in Chicago and the surrounding region.”
Roetzel’s Chicago office is home to over 25 attorneys practicing across more than a dozen key service areas, including Health Care, Business Litigation, Real Estate, Banking, Construction, Trust & Estates, Tax, and Technology & Cyber Law.
“Firm leadership did an amazing job in identifying the location, finalizing the agreement with our new landlord (HEARN), and managing the endless logistical matters involved in making the move, all with zero disruption to our clients,” added Michael Scotti, Shareholder-in-Charge of Roetzel Chicago. “Our attorneys and staff can’t wait to settle in at 70 West Madison and look forward to the continued growth of Roetzel in our new Chicago home.”
