Roetzel Welcomes Experienced Lobbyists, Attorneys to Public Law Group

Roetzel & Andress is pleased to announce the addition of Todd Book and Sherri Warner to its Columbus office. Mr. Book and Ms. Warner are joining Roetzel’s Public Law team and will enhance the firm’s ability to represent its clients in Columbus and throughout the state.

In addition to his legal work, Mr. Book will focus his practice on state lobbying and government relations. A former Ohio State Representative, representing the 89th House District, Mr. Book served four terms. He also served as Assistant Executive Director of Policy and Public Affairs at the Ohio State Bar Association and as Economic Development Director of Scioto County. Mr. Book built his practice through experience representing constituents and organizations at the state and local government levels.

Mr. Book received his J.D. from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary, and earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from Western Michigan University. 

Ms. Warner will focus her practice on state lobbying and government relations. She brings over 25 years of political, association, and government experience to Roetzel, with expertise in operations and management, lobbying, strategic planning, contract review, legal compliance and revenue generation. Ms. Warner most recently served as a Beneficiary Ombudsman in the Ohio Department of Medicaid for the last two governors, and previously as Legal Counsel for the Ohio Republican Party and the Ohio Trucking Association. 

Ms. Warner received her J.D. from Capital University and earned her B.A. from Kenyon College.
