Mr. Book received his J.D. from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary, and earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from Western Michigan University.
Ms. Warner will focus her practice on state lobbying and government relations. She brings over 25 years of political, association, and government experience to Roetzel, with expertise in operations and management, lobbying, strategic planning, contract review, legal compliance and revenue generation. Ms. Warner most recently served as a Beneficiary Ombudsman in the Ohio Department of Medicaid for the last two governors, and previously as Legal Counsel for the Ohio Republican Party and the Ohio Trucking Association.
Ms. Warner received her J.D. from Capital University and earned her B.A. from Kenyon College.
