Roetzel's Paul A. Giordano Becomes Vice President of Southwest Florida Bankruptcy Professionals Association

Mr. Giordano handles a variety of business and commercial litigation, with a special focus on bankruptcy and creditors' rights, partnership disputes, commercial foreclosures, contract and corporate disputes, and general and professional liability lawsuits. He also has experience in insurance coverage litigation, and jury and non-jury trial practice.

Roetzel is pleased to announce that partner Paul A. Giordano was sworn in as Vice President of the Southwest Florida Bankruptcy Professionals Association (SWFBPA) on September 19, 2013.

The SWFBPA is a voluntary group of attorneys, judges, paralegals, and other interested members. The group meets and communicates on a regular basis, with the goals of keeping the members informed of current issues and raising new ideas to streamline the bankruptcy process for the court, the attorneys, and their clients.

Mr. Giordano, past Secretary of the SWFBPA, handles a variety of business and commercial litigation, with a special focus on bankruptcy and creditors' rights, partnership disputes, commercial foreclosures, contract and corporate disputes, and general and professional liability lawsuits. He also has experience in insurance coverage litigation, and jury and non-jury trial practice.

Mr. Giordano earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida. He holds an AV® Preeminent™ rating from Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and is designated a "Florida Rising Star" by Florida Super Lawyers magazine (2011-2013). In addition, he was recently named as one of Florida’s “Legal Elite” for Bankruptcy & Workout by Florida Trend magazine.
