Roetzel & Andress is pleased to announce that Sarah E. Spector has joined the Fort Myers office as a Partner in our Real Estate, Banking & Finance practice group. Ms. Spector will focus her practice on Community Association Law, where she will assist condominium, cooperative, and homeowners’ association clients with the management and operational aspects of governing their communities.
“We’re very excited to add Sarah to our growing Real Estate practice,” said Beverly Grady, Partner-in-Charge of the Fort Myers office. “Sarah’s depth of experience and vast knowledge of Community Association law in Florida will not only strengthen our Real Estate practice, but more importantly benefit our clients.”
Ms. Spector represents clients, including community associations, in zoning and land use matters, including but not limited to environmental resource and water use permitting, local and state code compliance and various government agreements. Prior to joining the Firm, she practiced land use, zoning, and real estate law, working closely with federal, state, and municipal agencies, drafted and negotiated various commercial and residential real estate documents, and conducted closing procedures for residential and commercial sales and loan transactions.
