Thomas L. Rosenberg Elected to the American Bar Association Construction Forum's Governing Committee

Roetzel is proud to announce that  partner Thomas L. Rosenberg has been elected to serve a three-year term on the Governing Committee of the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Forum on the Construction Industry. The election was held at the Forum’s 2013 Annual Meeting in Dana Point, California. With more than 6,000 members representing all segments of the construction industry, the Forum is the largest organization of construction lawyers in the United States and abroad.

Prior to his election to the Governing Committee, Mr. Rosenberg served as chair of the Forum’s Division 4 (Project Delivery Systems) Committee. He has also served as a faculty member of the Construction Forum Trial Academy and as program co-chair of the Forum’s 2012 Annual Meeting.

Routinely asked to speak at industry functions, Mr. Rosenberg has been recognized for the past 10 years as one of Ohio’s leading construction lawyers by Chambers USA, is listed as one of the “Best Lawyers in America” for construction law and is recognized in International Who’s Who in Construction Law.

Mr. Rosenberg is a partner in Roetzel’s Columbus office and is a part of the firm’s Business Litigation Group. He earned his J.D. from Capital University Law School and his B.A. from Ohio Wesleyan University.
