Three Roetzel Attorneys Named 2025 Illinois Rising Stars by Super Lawyers
Super Lawyers has recognized Roetzel & Andress attorneys Karman Bains, Andrew Clott and Jeffery Ramirez as 2025 Illinois Rising Stars.
The Rising Stars list is based upon peer recognition and professional achievement, with recipients representing the top 2.5% of up-and-coming lawyers in Illinois, according to Super Lawyers. To qualify, nominees must be no more than 40 years old or have been practicing for less than 10 years.
Bains handles complex disputes involving business organizations, shareholder claims, contractual disputes, and technology and cyber-related claims. He also has experience litigating multi-million-dollar negligence and intentional tort claims.
Clott focuses on disputes involving the formation and dissolution of business organizations, contractual disputes, and shareholder derivative claims. He has significant experience litigating intentional tort claims, including defamation and false light, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraudulent misrepresentation.
Ramirez concentrates his practice on estate planning, guardianships, estates and trusts and business transactions. He works with individuals, families and businesses to implement estate planning strategies to preserve wealth and minimize taxation. He works closely with his clients and their advisors to understand each client’s planning objections while also identifying any future family disputes or contested ligation.
