Abigail Burke

Abby focuses her practice on public law and public finance, with a particular emphasis on advising public sector clients across a broad spectrum of legal and regulatory matters. She works closely with governmental entities and public agencies, offering strategic counsel on local governance, economic development initiatives, and public funding structures.

Her public finance experience includes serving as bond counsel to port authorities and other public bodies, where she supports complex financing transactions and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations. She also assists on the development and implementation of local policy strategies and has experience drafting resolutions, ordinances, and other legislative instruments.

In addition to her public law and finance work, Abby contributes to the firm’s litigation practice, where she provides support across a range of procedural and substantive matters. Her work includes preparing legal filings, managing discovery, and participating in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
