Brett G. Bleier

Brett is an associate in the firm's Real Estate Law practice group. His practice focuses on the representation of planned communities including condominiums, homeowners' associations, country clubs, hotels, mixed-use and industrial condominiums, and continuing care retirement communities. Brett represents community associations in all aspects of their day-to-day operations including compliance with federal law, including the Fair Housing Act, and Florida statutes and regulations.
