Bryan is an experienced trial attorney and shareholder in Roetzel's Litigation Practice Group. He focuses his practice on complex, commercial litigation, business disputes, construction disputes, and probate litigation.
He has extensive experience counseling and representing individual and corporate clients in business, partnership, and shareholder disputes and severance; negotiations; breaches of contract; breach of fiduciary duties; fraud; statutory and regulatory compliance; restrictive covenants such as non-compete, non-solicitation, and confidentiality; misuse of confidential information and trade secrets; temporary restraining orders, preliminary, and permanent injunctions; and best business practices.
Bryan is sought after for probate, estate, and trust litigation, and regularly represents individuals in the pursuit and defense of will and trust contests, declaratory actions, executor removal actions, and other probate issues surrounding undue influence, testamentary capacity, and financial exploitation.
