Chris is an associate in the firm's Corporate, Tax & Transactional group, concentrating his practice in bankruptcy law with a focus on Chapter 11 business reorganizations. He advises companies on a broad spectrum of financial issues, including those related to corporate insolvency. In addition to his work with business reorganizations, Chris also has experience in consumer bankruptcy and tax law.
