David Sporar

David is an experienced and effective civil litigator in state and federal trial and appellate courts across Ohio and the United States. He represents clients in a wide range of matters including business disputes, contract disputes, employment disputes, shareholder disputes, insurance coverage disputes, land use disputes, and appeals. He also regularly counsels clients on their day-to-day business matters.

His approach to legal disputes is intensely thoughtful, which lends toward successful outcomes. Other attorneys come to him for help. And if disputes cannot be resolved early, his experience as a judicial law clerk in federal court gives him a unique perspective and ability to navigate matters to trial or on appeal.

Prior to law school, he spent several years teaching English in and around Tokyo, Japan.
