Joseph F. Maslowski

Joe is responsible for the overall operational management of the firm. He is an experienced operational and financial manager in both privately held and publicly traded organizations, specializing in service-based businesses and light manufacturing. He began his career as an auditor for an international public accounting firm. Prior to Roetzel, he spent a considerable amount of time performing corporate development as well as driving restructuring initiatives for an international and a regional privately held company.

Joe has been directly involved in the negotiation of multi-million dollar acquisitions, divestitures, and financings, and has provided consulting to early stage companies as well as driving strategic planning initiatives. As an active member in the community, he has served on a number of community, professional, and privately held boards and has made numerous presentations regarding financial management, shareholder value creation, and corporate development.
