Justin A. Markota

Justin specializes in litigation, focusing on medical defense, professional medical negligence, insurance coverage, and business disputes. 

Prior to joining Roetzel, Justin was a named partner in his family’s longstanding law firm with a strong presence in Mahoning Valley. He brings extensive experience in managing pre-suit and litigation matters in both Ohio and Pennsylvania. Justin's successful track record includes a criminal defense acquittal in Federal Court and favorable verdicts in high-stakes medical malpractice, wrongful death, and catastrophic personal injury jury trials.
