Kelly Nizzer Bates

Kelly serves as the firm’s project manager and works closely with the managing members and the executive leadership team. Her primary focus is successful execution of initiatives across the offices, using her strong time management, organizational, communication, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills. She works on multiple projects for cross-functional teams to understand needs and to deliver project objectives on time, within budget and quality guarantees.

Kelly is also experienced in finance and accounting, human resources, technology, marketing, and administrative management and has worked in professional services most of her career.
