Matthew's practice covers all aspects of the litigation process, from discovery, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution to dispositive motion practice, jury and bench trials, and appeals. He has argued appeals before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and various Ohio appellate courts and was the first attorney to virtually argue a case before the Ohio Supreme Court during the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as to virtually try a case to a jury before the Northern District of Ohio.
He represents individuals, businesses, and public sector entities on a wide range of issues, including business law, appeals, local government law, land use law, collections, bankruptcy, and general civil litigation.
