Natalie N. Schulte

Natalie focuses her practice on real estate and public law. She works with public-sector, non-profit, and for-profit clients to structure and execute real estate development projects and other local economic development deals, with particular experience in resolving land use and zoning matters, annexations, and tax increment financing (TIF) matters. In addition, she represents local governments on a variety of legislative issues.

Natalie also works with startups and other businesses on corporate matters, including corporate formation and restructuring, establishing investment funds, and more.

Natalie acts as the Assistant Law Director for several municipalities throughout northeastern Ohio, including in the Village of Mogadore and the Village of Wellington.
