Natalie N. Schulte

Natalie focuses her practice on real estate and public law. She works with public-sector, non-profit, and for-profit clients to structure and execute real estate development projects and other deals, with particular experience in resolving land use and zoning matters. In addition, she represents local governments on a variety of legislative issues.

Natalie also works with startups and other businesses on corporate matters, including corporate formation and restructuring, establishing investment funds, and more.
