Natalie N. Schulte

Natalie concentrates her practice in real estate and public law, with a strong emphasis on advising local governments across a broad range of legal and regulatory matters. She currently serves as the Law Director for the Village of Wellington and the Village of New London. She also acts as the Assistant Law Director for the Village of Mogadore.

Natalie works with municipalities, public-sector entities, nonprofits, and private developers to structure and implement real estate development and local economic development projects. She brings particular experience in land use and zoning, annexation, and tax increment financing (TIF), helping clients navigate complex regulatory frameworks to bring projects to life.  

In addition to her public law work, Natalie advises startups and established businesses on corporate matters such as entity formation, corporate restructuring, and fund establishment, providing strategic legal counsel tailored to each stage of business growth.
