Roetzel & Andress announced today that Peter J. LoPalo has joined the Medical Defense Group as a shareholder in the firm’s Cleveland office.
LoPalo focuses his practice on the defense of medical malpractice lawsuits. He represents medical care providers and medical facilities, including physicians and surgeons, nurses, clinics and hospitals. LoPalo also has extensive experience in transportation litigation and liability defense.

Over the course of his career, LoPalo has handled many complex and high-exposure cases from answer to verdict, obtaining favorable dispositions for his clients and earning accolades from his adversaries and members of the judiciary along the way.
LoPalo earned his J.D. from Hofstra University and his B.A. from Quinnipiac College. He is currently admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, Ohio and Maryland.
