Roetzel & Andress Shareholder Lewis W. Adkins Jr. Awarded Honorary Doctorate

Lewis W. Adkins Jr., shareholder-in-charge of development and practice integration, and president of Roetzel Consulting Solutions at Roetzel & Andress, received an honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from The University of Akron during the College of Health and Human Sciences commencement ceremony this past weekend.

Adkins has served as chair and vice chair of The University of Akron Board of Trustees during the past eight years and has supported numerous community organizations and initiatives throughout the greater Akron and Summit County region, including the Akron Urban League.

Family members, friends, colleagues, and community leaders attended the ceremony in recognition of the honor and Adkins’ continued service and leadership.
