Roetzel & Andress is pleased to announce the addition of three attorneys to its Chicago office, further strengthening the firm's capabilities in Corporate, Tax & Transactional and Real Estate practices.

Cyrus F. Commissariat joins the firm’s Corporate, Tax & Transactional Group as an associate. He advises individuals and families on sophisticated trusts and estates and tax matters, including estate planning, trust and estate administration, and tax controversy. He has experience advising high-net-worth families on complex income and transfer-tax planning strategies, charitable giving structures and estate and trust administration matters. He earned his J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
Gerald “Jerry” B. Borden joins the firm as Of Counsel in the Real Estate Group. He focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, corporate matters, and business law, counseling businesses, developers, investors, and property owners through all stages of the business lifecycle, including entity formation, acquisitions, financing, development and growth initiatives. Borden received his J.D. from Washington University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Arlene B. Richman joins the firm as Of Counsel in the Corporate, Tax & Transactional Group. A transactional attorney with a commercial real estate, finance, and M&A background, she brings experience gained at global and national law firms as well as in-house counsel roles. She advises on domestic and cross-border transactions, financing matters, and commercial real estate matters, including leasing, acquisitions and sales, and real estate aspects of corporate M&A transactions. Richman earned her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and both her M.B.A. and B.S. from Cornell University.
