Roetzel & Andress Welcomes Elizabeth M. Toth to Chicago Office

Roetzel & Andress is expanding its Corporate, Tax and Transactional Group with the addition of Elizabeth M. Toth as an associate in the firm’s Chicago office.

Toth’s practice focuses on probate matters, including guardianships and decedents’ estates, as well as simple estate planning. She advocates for clients seeking guardianship of loved ones to ensure their best interests are protected and also guides them through the process of opening a decedent’s estate.

Toth is also regularly appointed by the court to serve as guardian ad litem for minors, alleged persons with disabilities, and in decedents’ estate matters. She is also appointed to serve as attorney for respondent in contested guardianship cases.

She earned her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Elmhurst University.
