Elizabeth M. Toth

Liz is an associate in the firm's Corporate, Tax & Transactional Group. She focuses her practice on probate and estate matters, including guardianships, decedents’ estates, and estate planning. She advocates for clients seeking guardianship of a loved one to ensure their best interests are protected and guides them through the process of administering an estate after a loss.

Liz is regularly appointed by the court to serve as guardian ad litem for minors, alleged persons with disabilities, and in decedents’ estate cases. She is also appointed to serve as attorney for respondent in contested guardianship proceedings.
