Roetzel Promotes Resetar and Young to Shareholder

It is with great pleasure that Roetzel & Andress LPA announces the promotion of two of its associates, Nicholas P. Resetar and Jeremy S. Young, to shareholder. 

“Nick and Jeremy are both tremendous lawyers with impressive legal talents and a deep commitment to client service as well as to our firm,” said Robert E. Nicholas P. Resetar is based in the firm’s Akron office and is a member of the firm’s Products and Transportation Group. He focuses his practice on litigation, with an emphasis on general liability defense, transportation litigation, and products liability, where he works closely with the retail and hospitality industries, in addition to many national corporations. As a part of his broad litigation practice, Nick has assisted clients in a wide array of matters and legal issues, including premises liability, intentional tort, commercial motor vehicle casualty, wrongful death, and products liability. In tort litigation, Nick has successfully defended many catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims. He earned his B.A. from the Pennsylvania State University and his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.

Jeremy S. Young, of the firm’s Columbus office, is a member of the Business Litigation Group. Jeremy has a broad litigation background, with experience litigating all manner of contract, commercial, corporate, shareholder, securities, trust/fiduciary, insurance, and premises liability issues and disputes. He focuses his practice primarily on real estate related issues and disputes, particularly those involving easements, eminent domain, zoning, property tax appeals, and commercial foreclosures. Jeremy also regularly serves as faculty in continuing legal education seminars on eminent domain and easement issues throughout Ohio. Jeremy is a graduate of The Ohio State University and The Ohio State University’s Moritz College of Law.
