Roetzel Welcomes Peter Antonelli to Business Litigation Group in Fort Myers

Roetzel & Andress is pleased to announce that Peter Antonelli has joined the firm as of counsel in the Business Litigation Group in Fort Myers. 

Antonelli brings two decades of experience handling complex business disputes, commercial matters, and bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy litigation, including appellate cases. He has litigated in federal, bankruptcy, appellate, and state courts nationwide, representing investors, companies, bankruptcy trustees, institutions, and individuals. His practice includes fraudulent transfer actions, cross-border arbitral and judgment enforcement cases, commercial disputes, complex real estate litigation, fraud claims, and bankruptcy-related actions, such as avoidance, recovery, dischargeability, and discharge disputes.

Antonelli also has extensive experience in multi-jurisdictional asset recovery and judgment enforcement in both U.S. and international jurisdictions. He regularly navigates novel legal issues, intricate factual circumstances, procedural and evidentiary challenges, and cross-border conflicts.

Admitted to practice in Florida and Massachusetts, Antonelli was recognized as a Massachusetts Super Lawyer in 2023 and 2024. He holds a Martindale-Hubbell Preeminent rating, reflecting the highest level of professional excellence. 

He earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and his B.S., cum laude, from Boston University.
