During his two decades of practice, Peter has litigated regularly in federal, bankruptcy, appellate and state courts across the country, representing investors, companies, bankruptcy trustees, institutions, and individuals. He has prosecuted fraudulent transfer actions, cross-border arbitral and judgment enforcement actions, commercial business disputes, complex real estate litigation, fraud claims, bankruptcy avoidance, recovery, dischargeability and discharge actions and many other types of cases. Peter is experienced in multi-jurisdictional asset recovery and judgment enforcement both in the US and across non US jurisdictions. Many of his cases have involved novel and complex legal issues and theories, complicated factual circumstances, difficult procedural, evidentiary and discovery issues and jurisdictional and cross-border conflicts.

- Briefed and argued successful appellate opposition on appeal of federal trial verdict and judgment in cross-border fraudulent transfer action that affirmed $20 million plus jury trial award to Connecticut bankruptcy trustee and further successfully opposed petition for certiorari in US Supreme Court. - Briefed successful appellate oppositions in the Second Circuit and Southern District of New York to bankruptcy court’s trial judgment in complex bankruptcy debtor’s alter ego fraud case, establishing binding bankruptcy law precedent. - Represented government of Ireland's bank restructuring agency NAMA in Chapter 7 bankruptcy of prominent Irish developer Sean Dunne, aka "The Baron of Ballsbridge", with debts in excess of 900 Million Euro and prosecuting § 727 fraudulent concealment litigation that led to Debtor waiving his bankruptcy discharge.
