Carlianne K. Peake

Carlianne’s practice focuses on complex business and commercial litigation. She represents and counsels clients in a variety of matters involving business tort and contract litigation. Carlianne represents employers, developers, municipalities, corporations, and individuals in business contract and injury disputes. Prior to joining Roetzel, Carlianne had extensive trial experience as a former Assistant Prosecutor in Lucas County, Ohio. She also has experience in Labor Relations and Employment Law - successfully negotiating numerous collective bargaining agreements for public employers. She represents business clients in federal and state courts, and is licensed to practice in Florida, Ohio, and Michigan.
