Michelle (“Mimi”) Noureddine is an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation group, where she focuses her practice in the areas of complex business, oil and gas, and construction litigation. She brings a wide-ranging background in litigating breach of contract cases of all kinds across multiple industries, as well as shareholder disputes, fraud, tortious interference, defective construction, negligence, breach of warranty, and delay claims. She is also well-versed in handling oil and gas matters involving the Dormant Mineral Act, Marketable Title Act, mineral trespass, lack of production, quiet title, and royalty disputes.
Mimi represents private individuals, business owners, and corporate clients including mineral owners, material suppliers, subcontractors, general contractors, design-builders, owners, developers, and both private and public companies. Her ability to understand her clients’ unique needs and her practical approach to problem solving have earned her clients’ confidence and trust to achieve their goals—whether through pre-dispute negotiations, at trial, or any stage in between.
Prior to joining Roetzel, Mimi’s passion for resolving conflict through alternative dispute resolution led her to a position with the American Arbitration Association, where she managed and oversaw the administration of large and complex construction, real estate, and environmental disputes spanning 14 states. Through this experience, she developed a deep understanding of the arbitration process and built a professional network that includes some of the most respected neutrals and attorneys in the industry.
