Roetzel & Andress Announces New Shareholders

Roetzel & Andress has elected Andrew Clott, Stephanie Olivera Mittica and Michelle “Mimi” Noureddine to Shareholder, effective January 1, 2026. 

“These elections recognize the dedication, professional judgment and leadership Andrew, Stephanie and Mimi bring to the firm,” said Robert E. Blackham, Chairman of Roetzel & Andress. “Each has made meaningful contributions to their practice areas and consistently demonstrates a strong commitment to the firm, its clients and their colleagues.” 

Clott works in the firm’s Chicago office and is a member of the Business Litigation Group. He joined Roetzel in 2019 and focuses his practice on complex business and commercial litigation matters. His experience includes litigating matters involving the formation and dissolution of business organizations, breach of contract, shareholder disputes, tortious interference, and defamation. He earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Illinois Wesleyan University.

Olivera Mittica is based in the firm’s Akron office and is a member of the Employment Law Group. She joined Roetzel in 2016 and focuses her practice on labor and employment litigation matters, administrative actions, internal investigations, and client counseling on compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws. She earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, magna cum laude, from Tiffin University.

Noureddine is based in the firm’s Akron office and is a member of the Business Litigation Group. She joined the firm in 2022 and focuses her practice in the areas of complex business and commercial litigation, with a special emphasis on alternative dispute resolution. Her experience includes litigating breach of contract matters across multiple industries as well as shareholder disputes, fraud, tortious interference,  and construction claims. She earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Boston University.
