Scott's Approach
Scott grew up in a family of entrepreneurs, working in their businesses from an early age. That experience shaped how he practices law, as he understands that legal advice needs to serve business goals, not complicate them. His clients are building something, and his job is to help them do it with protection and clarity.

Before joining Roetzel, Scott served as Senior Counsel at Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company. He has also represented marketing agencies, real estate developers, manufacturers, photographers, musicians, app developers, cannabis businesses, and short-term rental companies. This experience gives him perspective on how industries operate and the legal challenges they face.
