Paul has over 30 years of experience in Naples focusing on residential and commercial real estate, real estate finance and banking law, construction law and general business law. His clients include buyers and sellers of real estate, individual and institutional real estate investors and developers, national lending institutions, and closely held or family businesses. He is a title insurance agent for several national title insurance underwriters.

• Represented developers in the acquisition of land, financing, construction and leasing of large residential apartment complexes, commercial plazas and stand-alone buildings
• Counsel for local and national lending institutions in various multi-million dollar financing transactions including lending, workouts, restructuring and insolvencies, and distressed assets
